About The Program
The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Education, has secured funding for a World Bank-supported project called the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project. This initiative is focused on improving the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system, ensuring that individuals can acquire practical and relevant skills for the evolving job market. To achieve this, Kinplus Technologies and Christore Ventures have been selected as the training organizations responsible for delivering the program, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education.
The objective of this program is to equip youths, adults, and professionals with critical skills in areas such as software development, product design, data analysis and basic digital literacy. These are in-demand skills that will significantly improve participants' chances of employment and career advancement. The program is designed to offer comprehensive, hands-on training that aligns with the needs of the modern workforce, empowering individuals to succeed in the competitive job market.
This Program is a Physical Training in Ado-Ekiti.
Duration: 3 months training, 3 months internship.
Venue: 2nd Floor, Christore Building, Similoluwa Area, Opposite EKSUTH Ado-Ekiti.

Training Programs
Software Development
This covers the fundamentals of programming, software engineering principles, and development methodologies. You’ll learn various programming languages, software design patterns, and tools to build, test, and maintain software applications.
Product (UI/UX) Design
This teaches the principles of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. You’ll learn how to create intuitive and engaging interfaces, conduct user research, and apply design thinking to solve user problems and enhance the overall user experience.
Data Analysis
This covers the techniques and tools used to analyze and interpret data. You’ll learn about statistical methods, data visualization, and tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to extract insights from data and support decision-making processes.
Digital/Product Marketing
Focuses on the strategies and tools used to promote products and services online. You’ll learn about search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics to drive online engagement and conversions.
Basic Digital Literacy
This provides the essential skills needed to navigate the digital world. You’ll learn about using computers, the internet, and common software applications, as well as understanding online safety and digital communication best practices.
